Custom Handmade Products

We’re sorry, but we cannot provide a no refunds policy as it goes against standard business practices due to items being custom made. All customers have the right to request a refund for any defective or damaged product received, or for any other valid reason as required by law. We are not responsible for any damages from the mail carrier.

Supply Products

However, we do have a return policy that outlines the circumstances in which we can accept returns and provide refunds. For crafting supplies, we allow a request within 7 days of receipt. If refund is approved, a 10% restocking fee will apply. Buyer is responsible for return shipping with tracking.
